AML / KYC Policy

Last updated September 20, 2026

TradXM maintains identity verification and anti-money-laundering procedures appropriate to its current operating stage.

1. Identity Verification: users may be required to submit personal information, a government-issued identity document, and proof of address before certain platform features or limits are unlocked.

2. Risk Rating: accounts are assigned a risk rating based on Opened At information, and higher-risk accounts may receive additional scrutiny.

3. Politically Exposed Persons: applicants must declare PEP status; additional due diligence applies where relevant.

4. Source of Funds: for larger transactions, we may request information about the source of funds.

5. Sanctions Screening: accounts may be screened against applicable sanctions lists as part of onboarding and ongoing monitoring.

6. Record Keeping: KYC records and review history are retained for as long as required by applicable regulation.

This policy will be expanded with a licensed compliance provider before real-money operations begin.
