1. Eligibility: registration requires a valid referral code. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use trading platforms in your jurisdiction.
2. Simulated Trading: unless real-money mode has been explicitly enabled for your account after full verification, all trading activity, balances, and profit/loss figures are simulated and hold no monetary value.
3. Account Responsibilities: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct: you may not attempt to manipulate referral mechanics, submit fraudulent KYC documents, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.
5. Service Availability: TradXM is provided on an 'as available' basis. Scheduled price evaluation runs on a fixed interval, which may not reflect true real-time execution.
6. Termination: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
